Seek "Scandinavia" Piano Roll

I am looking for a copy of "Scandinavia", with or without words, in
any 88-note piano roll format.  I suspect the song is from the late
'teens or early- to mid-1920s.  If any MMD'ers have a roll for sale,
please e-mail me.
