Seek Small Band Organ for the Home

I am interested in a small band organ, suitable for inside the home.
This can be one playing books or a modern one with a MIDI system.

I want one that is in move-in condition -- I'm not interested in
a restoration project.  Something like a small Le Ludion organ, or
similar.  Please advise.
