My friend who owns an original 105 recently passed away.  His family
will probably be selling the organ.  I will probably be assisting with
this sale.  How can we determine the value of this organ?  Details:

Original Wurlitzer 105, single roll frame.  Case façade is not
original.  The organ is fully functional and in excellent condition.
It does not appear to have been restored.  Date of manufacture and
opus number are unknown.

The organ is mounted on an open-air trailer with both electric and gas
motors to power the organ.  Includes approximately 30 Style 125 rolls,
some original, some recuts, some B.A.B.
