Kimball Valve Clearance Setting
By Don Gehrke

I am working on my 1927 Kimball stack which has the metal ring lower
valve seat and the adjustable screw in the Bakelite upper valve seat.
When the valve is seated on the lower valve seat, what should be the
clearance between the top of the valve and the upper Bakelite valve
seat? Thank you for your help in advance.

Don Gehrke
