Hi All, I recently purchased a National Coin Piano and I have several
unanswered questions I'd like to pose to all you MMD-ers out there.
1. I have several duplicate rolls (no supply spools, just the paper
roll). If anyone has any duplicates and would like to trade, I will
supply a list of my duplicates on request and will pay postage both
ways.
2. I am also interested in re-cut rolls and I have no idea what a fair
price is for re-cuts used National Coin Piano rolls in good condition.
Any ideas, ballpark figures, etc?
3. I would also be interested in obtaining additional supply spools for
the National Coin Piano.
4. Does anyone know what's the purpose is of tracker bar hole number
one? It's labeled "chest vent" in one paper I read, but the Ferris wheel
changer also mechanically operates a chest venting pallet valve to which
tracker bar hole 01 is attached. This seems redundant and a waste of a
roll perforation. There must be some reason for this, but it sure
isn't apparent.
5. Is there a copy of an operator's manual available for the National
Coin Piano?
Information is pretty sparse for this instrument, yet I have seen at
least a half dozen different National Coin Pianos in all my time on
earth.
Thanks for any help anyone can offer.
