Seek 88/65 Roll Chuck Adapter Measurements

Hi All,  Looking through the Archives, I was able to find only two
postings that deal with the adapter that is used with 88/65 note
players.  In both cases, the author was trying to find the adapter
that goes on the right roll chuck, and there were no responses to
their postings.

If anyone has an 88/65 note player, please take the time to photograph
the adapter and make accurate measurements so that replacements can be
fabricated.  Then post the information to the digest.
