I have come across the following wide "mystery roll":

15-1/4" paper, (16-1/4" entire roll length including spool),
box 16-3/4", Bakelite flanges in perfect condition:

  QRS Autograph, Hand Played, S-80475, Valse Caprice,
  Key of Db, Played by Stanford Robar Newland, SOLO APOLLO

Box is very good, roll looks excellent, one small tear right at
the front edge.

Anyone who could use this can have it for the price of shipping.
