We have had our Henry Miller player piano for a total 30 years now
and have enjoyed it with friends often.  I have taken several videos
of the wonderful singing parties with lots of laughter.  I say this
to show that this piano works.

We and the piano are older now and are well used.  That is the
condition of it now: well used.  It could use some reconditioning so
you don't have to pump so hard.  We do not want to spend the money to
do this so we've decided to sell it and the 100 rolls we have.  We
