Hello MMD People, Seasonal Greetings from New Zealand! Just a note
to bring you all up to date with the progress of our photoplayer.
On the 22 January we will be taking the photoplayer to be restored
to the workshop of Kevin Hanna, who is located in the country about
an hours drive south of Hamilton, New Zealand.
Kevin is a young guy in his mid-thirties and who has had a lot of
experience with pianolas over the years. We are still on track to
have a concert to celebrate the 100 years of its first playing in
New Zealand.
We have a question we wish to ask of the experts, please. Can anyone
tell us at what pitch a Wurlitzer Style 135 organ plays? Is it at
concert pitch, with "A" above "Middle C" at 440 Hz, or is it at the
lower pitch of older pianos?
Regards,

[ If your restored Style "K" Photoplayer includes a 30-note xylophone,
[ it would be best to tune the piano and organ to match the xylophone
