Bruce Newman was looking for a piano for an American Fotoplayer.
He stated he had a gutted piano. I've been out of this historical
stuff for long time but does the American Fotoplayer use Autopiano
player parts?
If it's any help to Bruce or anyone else I have just about everything
from inside a 1911 to 1914 Autopiano, even the hammer action.
It's all big heavy stuff, in light colored wood: double-valve stack,
spool box, air motor, tracker, entire foot pump assembly and I think
all the keyboard controls of rods and levers. Missing are the two
foot pump pedal boards and their frames.
Years ago someone from MMD wanted the secondary valves which I removed
for him, the deal never happened and I still have the valves, boxed up.
