Nickelodeon Spool Frame With Belt Drive

Go down to your local hardware store (I use Ace Hardware) and look at
O-rings that are used for a common water purifier unit.  It uses a belt
with an inside diameter of 2-1/4 inches for less than $3.  There are
three notches on the pulleys for adjusting the speed of the roll.
