Music Rolls With The Seals Intact
By Walt Kehoe

Regarding the AMR rolls Ed Chaban described in the 121121 MMD: if you
are careful, you can pop off the right spool end and carefully rotate
the seal in the direction you would use to tighten a roll. Then
carefully manipulate the D-ring under the seal, slipping the seal down
the length of the spooled roll until it is past the D-ring. From
there, simply slide the seal down the length of the roll towards the
removed spool end. Once the seal is off the open end, replace the
spool end and enjoy the music.

I fold the removed and unopened seal and store it in the box with the
roll for future owners to see what a seal looks like unopened.
