Need Eckhardt Musical Christmas Tree Stand Collar
By Troy Duncan

I need one of those cast-iron collars that fits over the center spindle
on an antique Eckhardt musical Christmas tree stand, the German nickel-
plated ones with the trademark "Santa Claus holding a tree and children
watching."

I was speaking with Moe Goldy on a different topic, and he told me that
at one time somebody recast these collars, as they were often lost.
The collar secures the Christmas tree to the rotating stand and has
three set-screws.

If anybody can remember who recast these collars, I would like to know.
Or if you have one lying around, I would purchase it. Either an
original or a recast one is fine.
