FS: A. B. Chase 6'3" Foot-pumped Player Grand

I have had this 1909 A. B. Chase 65-/88-note 6'3" foot pump grand for
about ten years now, and have not played it for at least three years
(it has a leak somewhere).  It just sits in my living room (with two
other grands), and needs to find a new home where it will get repaired
and used.  It has the soundboard repaired and refinished, plate
painted, new strings and pins, all brass parts polished, and the lid
refinished (clear only).  It has beautiful original ivory keys.

This was one of the pianos featured at the 2008 AMICA convention in
Los Angeles, and has the plate signed by Hi Babit.  I am willing to
accept any reasonable offer.  The piano is located in Hesperia,
