Aeolian Duo-Art Concertola Music Roll Changer
By Lester Wolff

With my Aeolian Opus 1528, I had Concertola #362, which was installed
in 1938. Tony Buffano, of Riverside Church in New York City, worked at
Aeolian in Boston, and verified that it was the last Concertola sold.
The mechanism and all related castings were brass which was nickel
plated to a mirror finish. When I sold it, there were two sets of
blueprints from Aeolian Skinner: one for use in Skinner installations,
and the other for use in Aeolian installations, and was marked "Model B".

The Concertola is presently at Kegg Pipe Organ Builders in Ohio, to be
used in the installation of Opus 1528 in Texas. I do not know if the
blueprints are still extant. The Concertola machine worked flawlessly
and was fun to watch it operate.
