Seek Ampico Piano Prices of 1920s
By Bob Conant

Dear MMDers, I have had or I've seen someplace a price list of Ampico
pianos from around 1928 but I'll be darned if I can find it. I can't
remember if it included all the brands or just Knabe, but there was
a listing for my particular piano which is Knabe, 5-foot 8-inch Louis
XV case with Ampico. The price as I recall was $3800 and the net
weight was 800 pounds.

If anyone can point me to where I might have seen it I'd be much
obliged. I guess it's a case of too much stuff or too few brain cells.

Cheers,
Bob Conant
