The Route Operator
By Matthew Caulfield

Ozzie Wurdeman used to be a route operator and service person for
Mills Violano machines and other instruments. Ozzie is dead, but his
son Tom Wurdeman probably knows the business well enough to explain how
it works and why.

Tom is in Minneapolis and runs Wurdeman Piano Company. He doesn't seem
to have an Internet presence or email address, but his phone number is
952-881-0971.
