I wanted to let the readers of the MMD know that we will be putting on
a display of rare and unusual Black Forest clocks later this month in
Pasadena at the NAWCC 2012 National Convention. The convention is to
be held at the Pasadena convention center June 13-16, 2012. While
convention is primarily only accessible by members of the NAWCC, it is
open to the public on Saturday, June 16th.
The display will include at least 12 Black Forest clocks, many of which
have automata and mechanical music complications. I have compiled
a short list of the clocks that will be on display, along with a group
of photographs. This would be a wonderful opportunity to see and hear
a variety of clocks from the Black Forest. We will also have on hand
sample copies of our new book, "Rare and Unusual Black Forest Clocks."
This will be the first time the book is available for public viewing.

display, and our new book, visit our web site at
