Removing PVC-E Glue
By Pat DeWitt

Hi All, Just want to give a big thanks to the MMD Archives! I needed
to remove PVC-E glue from an Ampico play-reroll pneumatic set so I
used hydrogen peroxide following advice in the Archives. The peroxide
turned the glue into a white residue which could then be scraped off.
It still was not something I would want to do on a lot of pneumatics
because it is time consuming.

I am now recovering the pair of pneumatics and will use hide glue for
the front and sides but will still use PVC-E for the final overlap
because I have found that PVC-E sticks the bellows cloth overlap
together much better than hide glue does.
