Nisco Museum of Mechanical Music
By Vincent Morgan

I just received the following from Nisan Cohen owner of the Nisco
Museum of Mechanical Music in Ein Hod, Israel. The Lady Liberty
Chapter has had a part in helping to restore this museum following
the disastrous forest fire in Sept. 2010. This is, indeed, good news.

"The Executive Director of the JNF (Jewish National Fund), the
organization that has been planting trees in Israel for almost 100
years, visited the museum and immediately declared it a Historic Site
eligible for support! After six years of doing it alone, the museum
is finally recognised! And I must thank friends like yourself who
allowed me to reach this day!

  Best regards, Nisan"
