Hi Les, I'm not familiar with the name Emil Schmeckenbecher.
However, I believe the bellows diaphragms you are referring to are
circular in shape with rubber "O" rings on either side and sort of look
like condoms. If that is the case, I'm not aware of any replacements
currently being made or sold commercially by any maker, though. S. La
Rose, a clock parts supplier, used to carry replacements, but I do not
think they still do.
I'd suggest you try contacting Philip Brady, a clock repair man and
a restorer of mechanical singing bird boxes and bird cages. I believe
he has developed a method for recovering those bellows.

You might also want to check with Tony Ciuffini, a.k.a. The Musical
Box Doctor. I believe he has developed a technique for replacing that
bellows assembly with a conventional bird box/cage bellows.
