A local piano mover called me about several upright player pianos he'd
like to sell from his storage facility. He tells me these all seem
complete and in solid condition. He's not a player guy, so you'd want
to check them out. Prices will be quite low, I'm sure.
Below is the list he sent me. I know the Cunninghams generally used a
Standard Action, and their pianos were pretty well made. Interestingly,
the company is still in business, though as rebuilders and dealers
rather than manufacturers. The Angelus was also an interesting,
high-end player.
Chas. Hopkins was a local piano dealer who sold pianos under his name,
I think. The ones I've seen are also used Standard Actions. Contact
me, and I can pass the contact information on to anyone interested.
As I say, he's a piano mover, so he can help with delivery.
