Ampico B Music Roll Drive Motor

Does the different electrical current in England affect the speed of
the electric roll drive motor in an Ampico B?

 [ The roll speed is determined solely by its fly-weight governor and
 [ the setting of the Tempo lever.  A "universal" series-connected motor
 [ is employed, therefore it can be operated on mains current from D.C.
 [ to 60 Hz.  The taps of the adjustable power resistor in the shielded
 [ metal box, and the value of the smaller governor resistor that
 [ protects the points, should be adjusted per the procedure given at
