I have recently updated the list of UK museums in my Shire Mechanical
Music Book and thought I should also tell MMD readers that two UK
museums are now _closed._

The Reed Organ Museum at Saltair, run by Phil and Pam Fluke, has been
closed and the instruments removed.  The Mechanical Music Museum & Doll
Collection at Portfield, Chichester, is also now closed.  I hope this
will stop readers from making wasted journeys.

I have informed many web sites around the world, but often the changes
are not actioned and I might have missed some -- so if you see these
museums listed anywhere on a web site or magazine or book, please ask
for them to be removed from any list.
