Bottom Housing for QRS Playasax
By David Evans

Jeff Adkins asked about the bottom housing for his Play-A-Sax
[111214 MMDigest]. I have two of these, and both the bottom
housings are partially broken. They are made from that 'Mazac'
stuff that suffers inter-granular corrosion over the years,
resulting in increasingly severe distortion.

I am contemplating making a housing from brass at some point
if and when time permits, unless anyone is already doing that
and sells them.

Regards,
