I am offering for sale a very rare and unique 3-rank, self-contained
Estey upright model Minuette pipe organ. The three ranks are 8' Vox
Humana, 8' Stopped Flute and 16' Viol d'Orchestre. For 3 ranks it
has a surprisingly jazzy theater sound.
Built in 1931 for a private home in a suburb of Baltimore, this Minuette
is one of the few with the optional roll player built into the console.
As far as I can tell, this may be the sole remaining player upright
Minuette. Factory dimensions are 5 foot 7-1/2 inches high, 7 foot
wide and 4 foot 8 inches deep. Full spec and photos here:

It was playing when I dismantled and removed this instrument from
its second home in Baltimore. It is presently in climate controlled
storage in Calumet City, Illinois, and is in very good original
condition. It comes with about 12 rolls. There is available, from
a third party, a very fine collection of 28 rolls consisting of
popular, classical, opera, operetta, overture and popular hymns.
For more detailed information please telephone me. I am available to
do a full museum quality restoration on this instrument if so desired.
