Seek Hammers & MIDI for Chickering Grand Piano
By David Dunn

Hello all. This past weekend I acquired a 5-foot 8-inch Chickering
grand piano. I would like to do a complete restoration on it and
am wondering what hammers to buy for it so it keeps its mellow tone.
The piano was built in 1919. This is the first non-player piano I am
rebuilding but I think it may be a good candidate for a MIDI system.
I am also in the works on an Apollo Recordo grand piano as well.
Thank you in advance for any responses.
