Since I have gotten so much help from this site I am trilled to be able
to help someone too!  I would have emailed Dan Fenner directly but felt
there may be others that would want this also.

Hi Dan!  Like you, I searched for a year for John Miller's program and
I found, due to a posting here, it was being sold on eBay the first of
August.  I just tried several different titles on eBay's search without
success.  So, here is the gentleman's info (works with John) selling it
on eBay for John Miller:

It was $49.95 and $4.00 shipping.  I got the Piano Roll Database Software
from him as well for $29.95 and they shipped in the same envelope for the
original $4.00.

Have not had time to use yet; it's still in the Priority Mail envelope.
I'm so glad I saved it!  Please tell Kurt and John I said "Hi" and
"Thanks again!"
