Hi all,  for a few months now I have been trying to contact John
Miller about his label maker program, to no avail.  He is not
responding to any emails sent to him at johnmiller@stpmn.com.geentroep
[remove ".geentroep"}.

He wrote in 070102 MMDigest, "If all else fails, please leave me
a note via the form on the web site that includes your phone number
and I will call you," but his domain registration has lapsed at
http://www.pianorollstuff.com/index.html 

Does anyone on the list have an extra copy they are willing to sell to
me, or information on how to obtain a copy?
