Seek Music Book Cutting Machine
By Jonathan Holmes

Hi, I have a Wilhelm Bruder Starkton organ (the subject of a number
of articles in Fair / Band organ magazines in the USA, UK, Holland and
Switzerland) and a young friend who also has a small to medium sized
organ. We are considering looking to purchase, at a reasonable price,
a book punching machine for both key and keyless music. Obviously it
needs to be in the UK or Europe. It does not have to be able to cut
music in excess of about 60-key or -keyless.

We both would like to save money where we can as I am retired and my
young friend is just starting out in his career, so we are looking
to buy a sensibly priced machine that is in working order, although
obviously getting the cutters sharpened is not a problem.

This would allow us to cut already stencilled card or from paper
patterns. We do not want to set up in business or in competition to
anybody; it will be only for our own organs and of course we will still
be buying music from some of the great arrangers in the UK and Europe.
It is just another part of our hobby and will be interesting to show
the process at some of our larger organ rallies.

Please let us know of any leads or information relating to such a
machine. We can be contacted by email with full details and photos.

Kind regards,
Jonathan Holmes
