Wurlitzer Band Organ Rolls by David Stumpf
By Dan Robinson

I, too, enjoy David Stumpf's band organ arrangements. A couple
of years ago I inquired about David's Wurlitzer 165 arrangement of
"Hi Lili, Hi Lo," which was my grandmother's favorite song and was
included on an early recording from Carrousel Music.

The roll was not produced in quantity and no longer existed, so I had
David newly arrange the tune for me. He did it all -- the arranging,
marking and punching -- and the roll arrived boxed and ready to play,
complete with leader and end core, all for what I thought to be
a reasonable price.
