Source of Dies for Cutting Paper & Felt

Look in a search engine for 'steel rule dies' -- you'll surely find
a hit in Canada somewhere! Just about any shape can be made into
a steel rule die.
A machine to punch it is another story. You'll have to probably make
one yourself. Find an old arbor press somewhere and adapt it to your
needs. It's the cheapest way to make short runs of punching that I
know of.
I can e-mail you a picture of the one I adapted to make my disc supports
years ago, to give you ideas.
