Cleaning & Polishing a Musical Box Case
By Mike Cino

All, thanks again for your help leading me to my purchases. Now I want
to clean and dress up the finish and minor imperfections.

I see there are many different methods depending on the original finish
materials used. Before I do anything, does anyone know what the factory
used on the Regina and Mira cases, e.g., shellac, lacquer, etc? What
are any tips for cleaning, hiding minor scratches, products to use,
etc, on each to bring the finish up a level or two?

Thanks in advance,
Mike Cino

P.S.: We have been playing and enjoying the Regina all day after
picking it up. What a pleasurable relaxing moment in a busy day!
Have not even gone through all the discs yet.
