Orange Shellac Flakes

Hi Dan. Not a supply, but a use! I used to make up "burnt shellac"
without burning. Much safer! Place a quantity of flakes in a small
jar, a baby-food jar or something like that, and put in just a few
drops of "shellac thinner" or denatured alcohol. Don't use "rubbing
alcohol" as it is up to 70% water. Leave it overnight and check it.

If it's too thick, just add another drop or so of alcohol. If it's
too thin, add a bit more flakes. It keeps for a long time, and is
excellent for sealing rubber tubing or anything pneumatic.
