For sale: I have a 1917 Steinway upright Duo-Art piano, serial
number 187048, that I can no longer maintain due to illness.  The
piano is complete with original electric motor and everything works.
There are two "stuck" keys, but I am unable to handle the action
stacks because of back problems.

The piano was professionally restored (except for the case) prior
to my purchase in 2001 at an estate sale.  The piano is located near
Sacramento, California, for pickup by the buyer.

I also have over 200 rolls that will be included with the piano.
If the piano does not sell within a reasonable time, I will sell the
rolls separately (but not individually).  I will pack, buyer pays
