Seek Editor Program for VanBasco Karaoke Files

Another question springs to mind: Is there an editor for karaoke files
so that we could (by hand, alas) take Terry Smythe's scan of a word
roll and insert the words so that you could sing along with it, just
like a roll playing in a piano?
