St. George, Utah, Purchases Bud Hurlbut's Carousel

The city of St. George, Utah, has purchased a classic style carousel
from the estate of Bud Hurlbut for a reported $300,000, including
transportation.  They expect to have it up and running in a city park
by July 4th.  I hope that, if it is tented, as an opening date that
soon suggests, the city will build a permanent building for the treasure
as quickly as possible.
