Sharpening Leabarjan Perforator
By Bruce Grimes

I have been recutting short sections of rolls that were too damaged to
fix otherwise. Using the Leabarjan with the punches I had made a decade
ago, and using new paper, I'm still getting clear, clean holes so it is
possible to make the punches and dies close enough and with the proper
materials to do this.

I didn't think getting clean holes was any big thing. Perhaps I should
contact the machinist in Pennsylvania who made them for details.
