Wurlitzer Mammoth Organ at Joyland Park, Wichita
By Damian Mayes

[ Ref. 110310 MMDigest, "Vandals Hit Former Joyland Amusement Park" ]

With all of the continuing problems at Joyland Amusement Park, I am
truly thankful that I was able to acquire the band organ last summer
when I did. The little shed of a building it sat in on the midway was
certainly vulnerable, and just fifty feet away from the site of recent
arson. At least the Wurlitzer Style 160 "Mammoth" military band organ
and its associated parts are now safe!
