Limonaire "Jazzbandophone" Organ
By Michael Roseboom

Are there any MMDers that are familiar with the "Jazzbandophone"
which was made by Limonaire Freres in the 1920s? Descriptions of
this instrument can be found on page 881 of Bowers' "Encyclopedia."

There was at least one surviving instrument that was once owned
by collector Gordon Lipe. I was wondering if any others still
survive and whether or not any of them are on any recordings. Do
they resemble dance organs more closely than fair organs?
