Thank you, Bob, for your post here.  I have just had a quick look
at the technical specs for broadband and internet connectivity in
the USA as a whole and I am very surprised.  I had no idea some
lines were operating that slow, in addition to some sites having so
much information just on the title pages -- this can really slow
things up for everybody. I now see the true wonders of MMD in all
its glory -- there is nothing like opening a file and being able to
read the thing in black and white -- with no graphics, etc., to
hinder the view.

I should take this moment to thank the operators of MMD for keeping
us all connected, wherever we may be.  Here are the results of my sale
