- Serial number 70460 has been traced back to approximately 1919,
from the Kohler and Campbell shops.

- Approximately 200 player rolls, 100 plus are Welte's.

- Player system is intact and fully functioning.

- Aside from tuning and cleaning, it's a remarkable instrument
ready for enjoyment now, but like all things mechanical, it will
need a complete restoration in the future.

We are preparing for retirement, downsizing our household, and
want the piano to go to a serious hobbyist/player piano enthusiast
