Available is a Welte Mignon Licensee upright; it is a Francis Bacon
piano which was a good brand.  It is complete but untouched, and in
a mahogany case.  No rolls come with it.  It is in Long Beach, New
York, on a first floor garage level so moving won't be a problem.

The finish can be restored by getting an atomizer and spraying alcohol
on the finish, which is soluble and will look great if you do it
carefully.  The owner is asking $500 but it is negotiable.  There is
no rush to move it out.

Unlike the supposed 7-foot Welte grand, the information on this piano
