Post-WW2 Reproducing Piano Rolls - Additions

It has been a long time since the list of Post WW2 Reproducing
Piano Rolls at http://www.mmdigest.com/Gallery/MMMedia/PostWW2.html 
has been updated.  Here are a few additions and one correction.

First the correction:

Ampico 40091 is not "Begin The Beguine", it should be
