Carousel Organs & Parques Reunidos
By Dave Bowers

In 1984 I visited the Henry Ford Museum in Michigan. The carousel there
had a Wurlitzer 153 organ. I spoke with the attendant, who said that,
sadly, it had stopped playing. I asked if I could poke around. Given
permission I did so, and found that a hose had come disconnected from
a fitting. I put it back on, showed the attendant what I did (so he
could do it again if need be), and the show went on -- with music.
