Punched Paper Music Loops
By George Houghton

A colleague was visiting a National Trust property at Speke Hall near
Liverpool, UK, and he photographed some unusual paper music loops but
nobody could tell him what instrument they came from. Can anyone
identify what instrument these music loops were for:

Thanks,
George Houghton

[ They might be for the 20-note Celestina organette, which plays
[ punched cardboard music of width 5.45 inches (138.4 mm). See
