For sale: 1924 upright player piano in good playable condition.
It is a Milbourne, built by the Overbrook Piano Company of
Philadelphia.  The seller has owned piano for last 40 years.
It has been serviced annually by the same piano technician for
more than 30 years.  His appraisal is that it is in better than
average condition for its age.

The player mechanism is operated by foot pedals, not modified to
an electric motor.  Case in fair condition (checked and crazed
finish due to sunlight).  A prized piece of family history, but
it is time to sell.

Price: $650 firm.  Piano bench (player style) included.  Buyer
responsible for move.  (Note: piano is very heavy.)  Located in
Herndon, Virginia.  Also have a collection of 275 piano rolls in
excellent condition, from 1914 to relatively modern, for sale
separately, mostly popular tunes and jazz.
