Piano Roll Hole Punch
By Matthew Caulfield

Robert Streicher, the Pond Eddy, New York, machinist, used to make
a neat spring-loaded music roll hole punch. You could specify the
hole size and he would provide what you wanted. I have had one for
years, and it still works like new.

I think, though, that Mr. Streicher had to discontinue sale of these
punches because of the unavailability of the basic mechanism they used.
But it's worth contacting him to see whether the situation has changed.
