Hello to all,  I'm happy to say that The Medcraft Letters, Minnesota
June sales figures are in, and I have just sent a contribution of 20%
to the MMD on behalf of the book.  Thanks again to the MMD and all the
folks that work to make it available, and to all of the members for
their contributions and interest!
