I have a number of blank AMPICO art deco style piano roll labels,
approximately 2 inches square (plus white border).  These were
reprinted by Richard Vance, and have his name in 1/16" type on the
lower edge.  This could easily be covered over.

They are printed in two colors (red and black) on 20-pound paper,
12 labels per page.  There are about 700 pages on acid-free stock
and about 1,000 on regular paper stock.  I will supply these free
plus cost of postage.  Just tell me how many pages you would like.
